2. Return and Exchange policy for Diamond Jewelry
   • A diamond jewelry priced at 30,000 THB and higher can be exchanged at a 15% discounted rate or returned at a 20% discounted rate of the price purchased on a condition that the product must be intact and integral.
   • A diamond jewelry priced lower than 30,000 THB can be exchanged at a discounted 6,000 THB or returned at a discounted 7,500 THB of the price purchased on a condition that the product must be intact and integral.
3. Return and Exchange Policy for Color Stone Jewelry
   • A Color Stone jewelry priced at 30,000 THB and higher can be exchanged at a 30% discounted rate or returned at a 35% discounted rate of the price purchased on a condition that the product must be intact and integral.
   • A diamond jewelry priced lower than 30,000 THB can be exchanged at a discounted 10,000 THB or returned at a discounted 15,000 THB of the price purchased on a condition that the product must be intact and integral.
   • Pearl Product cannot be return and exchange
4. The product paid by Credit Card, when returning, will be deducted the fee according to the bank price
5. A refund will be transferred within 7 working days upon receipt of product.
