   After dealing with both distribution and retail products focused on gems for over 20 years, Chin Teck Long expanded its line of products to include diamonds and gold which immediately received positive feedback and responses from customers, allowing Chin Teck Long to expand even further. Chin Teck Long started 2 new branches and is now distributing its products to many high-end brands after only a few years.

With the integration of the different product types and styles throughout the ages, along with the management of several generations of the family, our store has recently opened a new production center to support the increase in domestic demand and to also function as a complete service center. Our production center is located on the 3rd floor of The Old Siam Plaza in the C zone. We have nearly 30 employees in our different sections ready to welcome and help customers, whether it is about the setting, selecting, electro plating, or selecting ready-made pieces (made of 90% gold and white gold). Apart from all this, our store on the 1st floor of The Old Siam also displays an extremely wide selection of dazzling ready-made products. Chin Teck Long’s latest branch is stationed in Central World, with modern internal design while keeping its traditional concepts, unique identity, and its solid standards and integrity. Chin Teck Long is aiming to expand its customer base internationally and to also increase the convenience for domestic customers by expanding additional stores and service centers within the city.

With our management expertise and vision, presently we are extremely confident in our production center and our experience in managing. We are aware that the production process is an important aspect in creating every piece of jewelry. Many people may view the jewelry business as a business with a high profit margin, but in these days there are countless competitors, and the one truly with the advantage is the one who has expertise in the production of jewelry. Therefore, our vision is to expand our production center to support domestic and international market demands, both Mass and Hi-End.

   Anyone who sees the members in our 3rd generation management team would have to say, “Women can also be successful.” The management team consists of four females, each having unique knowledge and experience which, when combined, form the modern day Chin Teck Long.

We believe that expertise in production is a requirement in building confidence in customers. Our main uniqueness is that all 4 of us did not start in this business as saleswomen, standing behind the counter looking pretty and whispering sweet words in the ears of customers. Our parents taught us everything from the very first step: from the mixing of gold, the setting, การฝัง, to electro plating. Not everyone standing behind the counter in a jewelry store would understand these processes. The information we provide customers, be it about ordering, quoting, or other calculations, is precise. Our employees are all trained in a similar fashion, which promotes integrity. Another unique factor is our ability to cope with various situations such as problem solving on the spot. We have modern tools and technology that can produce results in a limited amount of time.

Ms. Orathai Durongpisitkul (Petch)

is the eldest of the 4 sisters. She manages the production of our items. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in บัญชีต้นทุน from Assumption University. There is a saying which states that winning the hearts of the people under your command will gain you loyalty. A business that requires a large number of employees needs to be properly run and cared for, especially in the communication psychology aspect. The gift of design is another thing that คุณเพชร has. She is able to inscribe her imagination onto her products. She is also adept at explaining and transferring her thoughts to her employees which results in products coming out exactly the way she desires.

Ms. Patchra Durong pisitkul (Pan)

is in charge of retail sales. She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Thamasat University and her master’s degree in accounting, finance, and entrepreneur from the University of Illinois at Chicago. After graduating, she returned to Thailand. She realized a few problems related to convenience in the jewelry store at Ban Maw, so she started searching for a location to open a second store.

  Her first step in the business is, “starting small.” She opened a 3x2 meter booth in The Old Siam to survey her target clients and to produce appropriate items in order to expand the business. She managed to expand her customer base using her superb communication skills in both the English and Thai languages and her confidence in dealing with any type of situation. She would become the center point in various decision-making and be given the authority to run the entire marketing structure.

Ms. Siriporn Durongpisitkul (Ploy)

received her bachelor’s degree in finance and banking in Commerce and accountancy from Chula longkorn University at a tender age and has great vision. She was the first in the family to plan and initiate the construction of our production center when she was still in her second year at university to reduce the capital being spent. She studied new technology which involves the usage of lasers to reduce the amount of time and capital required to produce items. She gathered skilled technicians and started the construction of the production center. Currently, Khun Ploy is in charge of retail sales at the newest branch at Central World, as well as Baan nai suan spa and beauty salon at The Old Siam.

Ms. Pornnapa Durongpisitkul (Pa)

is the youngest of the 4 sisters but is packed and overflowing with supreme confidence. Anyone who has seen her sales ability would wonder if she really is still in school. Currently, she is in her second year at Thamasat University, majoring in Law. She is gifted in drawing and coloring the gem stones and diamonds. Due to her thirst for knowledge, she is able to memorize every detail and property of the products. Adding in her communication skills that are extremely mature for her age, she has managed to design and sell products even before high school
